Can I return my order or get a refund/replacement?


Our products are perishable, it is our policy that products should never be returned to Texas Specialty Meats – unless requested by Texas Specialty Meats. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted. No refunds will be given by Texas Specialty Meats for any returns that are unauthorized. Texas Specialty Meats stands behind the quality of our meats and are dedicated to providing high quality, great tasting products backed by a 100% Satisfaction Guarantee. Can I cancel my order?


You may cancel your order within three days of the selected delivery date. Once an order has been packaged and shipped it can no longer be canceled.

Under certain circumstances, like low inventory, will Texas Specialty Meats substitue items within an order.




How does shipping work?


All of our packages are shipped frozen via Fedex in an insulated box with dry ice. New orders are processed for shipping Monday-Wednesday to prevent weekend delivery issues.
